A little get together

My mom decided that we should go camping for Easter this year.

We headed south pretty year in the morning. We got to the camp with enough time to set up and make supper.

It was SO wind we had to build a "wind shield" for the campfire.

The kids got to eat inside so their food didnt blow away

As soon as we got the kids in bed it started POURING rain. Raymond was sure the trailer was going to cave in on him. We had nothing else to do but go to bed. Lots of sleep for everyone!

Raymond is quite the outdoorsman. He wanted to try to build our fire for our hotdogs for lunch. I was so proud of him when he did it! I lit the match for him, though.

Being a boyscout Kobe was well prepared with first aid kit. I'm sure we went through all the bandaids. Kaylee thought it was so cool.

A little lunch

My sister and the boys arrived after lunch. Kayann and Sal were instantly connected at the hip. And that Nicky is such a big boy. He is so happy and loves playing

Friday we spent the day in St. George at the dinosaur track museum.

Which was followed by lunch in this cool park. It had so many different things for the kids to climb on. The kids loved it. It made them nice and tired

We had to leave Saturday morning because I had to work on Sunday. Before we left the kids had an Easter egg hunt.

There were many hiccups in our camping trip. The window on the trailer broke, while driving, from the wind. While pulled over to fix it I changed Ashlynn's diaper on my lap. Which she peed all over. Derek rolled the window up on Kayann's fingers. Once we made it to camp Derek broke the key to the trailer cubby off in the cubby. However the rock start it ended well. The kids had so much fun. It was so fun to see my sister, Sal and Nicky. I cant wait to do it agian!
