Yay for fall

We did lots of fun things to get ready for Halloween. We went to Gardner Village to the witches fair. We got to dress up and looked for witches all over the place for a cookie. The kids loved it. Kayanns favorite part was eating lunch. We carved pumpkins. Kaylee was all for digging hers and Kayann's pumpkin out, while Kayann picked flowers (heaven forbid she touch something slimy). Jakobe and Raymond were bound and determined to do it on their own. Pumpkin carving is a harder task than I remember. Thankfully grandma was there to help. Finally it was Halloween day. Raymond had his first Halloween parade and party at school. You know the one where you walk through the school to show everyone your costume? Yep thats what he did. He thought he was pretty cool All the kids got dressed up. Raymond was a ninja. Kayann was minnie mouse. Kaylee was a ladybug. Connor came with us as a little bear As for me and Derek........he was Caesar, and I was well, one of Caesars many women. Fall is a fun time. The leaves are changing. The weather is nice. It is a good time to play.
