The simple words of a child

Have you ever had a bad day or even week. You feel like no one notices anything you do. Your life revolves around taking care of others. It gets draining. You start to feel like no one cares. Well I have been there. Just the other week. It was horrid. I hated it. Well It all changed thanks to a little conversation I had with my 4 year old, when I called from work. It went something like this: Hey sweetie. Thank you so much for being such a good brother. I'm proud of you. You are a good son. I'm proud of you too mom. Really? why is that? because you work everyday to buy us food, and clothes and a place to live. Everything that was bothering me went away. All the sadness. I'm amazed at the words of a small child. Just the simple words he said. He took note of the things that I for him and his sister is greatful for that. It is something I will always remember. The love of a child. AMAZING
